Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders with no minimum order value.

Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines.
From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 business days for domestic orders delivery.

Order Processing
​
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Local delivery
​
Free local delivery is available within Vadodara, Gujarat.
​
Deliveries are made from 10:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on weekdays.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping process with free local pickup at 1, Kanchan Junga Society, GIDC Link Road, Near Alwa Naka, Manjalpur, Vadodara - 390011. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?
​
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info.xcoder@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

XCODER believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Kindly refer our return policy page for more info.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.xcoder@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
